I m looking to water cool cpu plus 2 gpus i have. It also features vents designed to reduce noise and facilitate full circuit airflow. This might seem obvious but an air cooling setup relies on cooler air outside the case than inside. The case supports the cooling water system in the dimensions of 120mm and can be installed at the back.

That said as long as there s adequate cooling within the case and the video card has a decent cooler throttling shouldn t really be a huge concern. Since the inside of the case is usually quite warm indeed this isn t really a problem but if you use the pc in a particularly hot room like an un air conditioned garage in the summer you ll see less effective cooling.
